Embossing Die Molds

Turbo™-C3 is a dedicated engraving machine for brass seals and stamps, equipped with dual spindles and an automatic tool change function. It features automatic material measurement and laser-guided positioning for precise work, making it easy to use for anyone. Perfect for a wide range of applications including hot stamping dies, ceramic stamps, signature seals, and more.

High-Speed Dual Spindles

The IMP-C1 is equipped with two high-speed spindles running at 14,500 RPM, allowing fast and powerful engraving even on brass material.

Its automatic tool changer selects the optimal tool depending on the material and design, increasing precision while dramatically reducing engraving time.

Affordable, Standardized Material Supply

Standardized brass blanks are available in various sizes at a low cost, allowing users to easily select materials that best fit their needs.
This helps reduce unnecessary engraving time and enables fast, efficient mold production for hot stamping.

Automatic Measurement of
Material Size, Height, and Center

The built-in probe sensor automatically measures the material's size, height, and center, allowing fast and convenient setup without manual tool adjustment.

Additionally, the laser pointer lets you preview and fine-tune the engraving position, ensuring high accuracy in every job.

Easy Tool Replacement with Set-Screw Spindle

The dual spindles rotate at 14,500 RPM, enabling fast engraving on brass materials. Using a set-screw system, tools can be quickly and easily replaced with a simple wrench, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Secure Various Material Sizes with a Single Jig

From long materials (05-40mm) to large pieces (80-125mm), a single jig allows easy clamping without changing parts, supporting a wide range of jobs.
The vise structure is optimized for mold engraving, providing stable and hassle-free material fixation regardless of size.

High-Resolution Motion Control

The vise structure, optimized for mold engraving, allows easy material clamping, while the precision motor control system with high-resolution positioning ensures smooth and accurate movements.

This results in exceptional engraving quality with minimal noise, enabling delicate work in a quiet environment.

Dedicated Software MagicEngrave™

MagicEngrave™ software offers an intuitive interface that allows anyone to easily control the engraving process. It supports files from programs like Adobe Illustrator, and lets you freely use installed fonts with simple size adjustments.

Create a Wide Range of Mold Designs

You can use any font installed on your computer for mold design, with full control over size and layout. Simply import your logo file, secure the material, and start engraving immediately, no additional setup required. The IMP-C1 also supports engraving of pattern-based molds, expanding the possibilities for creative applications.
