Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation before shipment.
Once the product has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and our return/exchange policy will apply instead.

Shipping and Customs
We ship worldwide using reputable carriers.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees in their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local delivery processes.

Shipping Method & Rates
We offer FedEx International Priority® delivery option at checkout. Rates are calculated by weight, destination, and service type.

Estimated Delivery time 3~7 days.
(Delivery time may vary depending on internal processing, destination country, public holidays or the date of payment confirmation.)

Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout. Prices may vary depending on weight, size, and destination country.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via FedEx International Priority or an equivalent premium carrier.
Each shipment includes a Commercial Invoice and Packing List for customs clearance.
If you need additional documents, please contact us prior to shipping.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services
Certain oversized or restricted items may not be eligible for delivery to all countries.

Order Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
If a product is out of stock or requires additional handling time, this will be stated on the product page.
Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, clearance fees, and local taxes in the destination country.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees, and must be paid by the customer.

Risk & Responsibility (DAP-Delivery at Place)
Our delivery term is DAP(Delivery at Place)
Redt Inc. is responsible for all transportation costs and risks until the goods arrive at the agreed destination, ready for unloading.
At that point, title and risk of loss transfer to customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Once an order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

1.Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@iredt.com

2.Provide your order number, tracking details, and photos.

Damage Claims
To process a damage claim, customers must provide clear photo evidence of both:

  1. The outer packaging/box damage, and
  2. The damaged product itself.

⚠️ Please note: If photos of the outer box damage are not provided, the shipping carrier will not accept the claim, and we will be unable to proceed with compensation.

  1. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
