Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Change-of-Mind: Change-of-mind returns or refunds are not accepted after shipment.
Warranty Coverage: Only products with proven defects are eligible for exchange under our warranty policy.[Terms of service – RedtStore / Section 7. Warranty Policy]
Refunds: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if an exchange is impossible due to lack of stock.
Delivery Delays: No refunds will be provided for delivery delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping issues beyond our control.
Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized, engraved, or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.
Process: To start a return, please contact us at sales@iredt.com with your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return/exchange. We will provide further instructions.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Damages & Issues Policy
Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Photo Evidence: To process a damage claim, customers must provide clear photo evidence of both:
1.The outer packaging/box damage, and
2.The damaged product itself.
⚠️ Important: If photos of the outer box damage are not provided, the shipping carrier will not accept the claim, and we will be unable to proceed with compensation.
Claim Process:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@iredt.com.
2. Attach the required photos and your order details.
3. Once reviewed, we will guide you through the compensation or replacement process.
Carrier Responsibility: Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. We will assist with the claim process but cannot guarantee approval by the carrier without the required evidence.
Manufacturing Warranty Defect Recognition Policy: A manufacturing defect refers to any fault arising from production, assembly, or quality inspection before shipment. Even under normal installation and use, the product does not conform to specifications or fails to operate properly.
